Klaus G. Frisch

Visitation for Klaus Gregor Frisch, 63, of Buffalo Grove former longtime resident of Lake Zurich, will be held on Friday, February 12, 2016 from 3:00PM until 8:00PM at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.  Services for Klaus will begin with prayers on Saturday, February 13, 2016 also at the funeral home, 10:00AM proceeding to St.  Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 33 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich for a Funeral Mass at 10:30AM.  The Interment will be private.

Klaus was born on November 28, 1952 in Wurzburg, Germany the son of the late Percy and Elvira (nee Volk) Frisch and passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday evening February 6, 2016.

Klaus retired in 2013 after working for more than 40 years in retail merchandising.  He will be remembered for his great love of fishing, enjoying the outdoors and was an avid Green Bay Packer Fan, to all his friends’ dismay.  Most important in Klaus’ life was his love and care that he shared with his family.

Beloved husband of more than 38 years of SusanMarie (nee Osborne) Frisch; loving father of Matthew (Meghan) Frisch and Courtney (Chris) Shanks; also survived by 3 nieces, 1 nephew and so many other loving family and friends.
