A Visitation for Laurie A. Volas-Eichinger, 47, of Hoffman Estates, will be from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, November 23, 2018 at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine. Family and Friends will meet at St. Anne’s Catholic Church, 120 N. Ela Street, Barrington, on Saturday, November 24, 2018, where visitation will continue from 9:00 AM until 9:45 AM. A Funeral Mass will be said at 10:00 AM. An Interment will follow at All Saints Catholic Cemetery, Des Plaines.

Laurie was born on March 5, 1971 in Chicago, IL and passed away on Sunday, November 18, 2018, after a life long battle with Crohn’s disease.

Laurie is the beloved wife of Jeff Eichinger; loving mother of Hayley, Madison, Ava, and Dominic; dear daughter of Anna Volas and the late Chris Volas; and fond sister to Christopher (Amy) Volas. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the children for their college fund.
