Leokadia J. Szymanek

Visitation for Leokadia J. Szymanek, 89, of Lake Zurich will be held on Friday, December 9, 2016 at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching  Road, Lake Zurich from 9:00 am until the time of Prayers at 10:00 am, then proceeding to St. Francis de Sales Church, 33 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich for a Funeral Mass at 10:30 am.  The Interment will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery 1185 W. Algonquin Rd., Palatine.

She was born on December 20, 1926 in Poland and passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2016.

Leokadia was the wife of the late Tadeusz; mother of Sophia Pietrzykowski, Wladyslaw Szymanek and Margaret Kosciolek; grandmother of 6; great grandmother of 7; and surviving brother Aleksander Grochowski. Niech odpoczywa w pokoju.
