Linda K. Storm

Memorial Visitation for Linda K. Storm, 75, formerly of Mattoon and Palatine, will be on Sunday, April 23, 2017 from 10:30 AM until the time of the remembrance, 12 Noon at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy, Palatine.

Linda was born on April 20, 1941 in Mattoon, Illinois to Adeline and the late Harold Kimery.  She passed away Monday, April 17, 2017.

Linda attended Mattoon High School, graduating in 1959.

In 1977, Linda became a real estate broker; her career began in working in new construction and condominium conversion projects.  Notable achievements include: sales manager for the Marina City Condominium conversion; and marketing manager for The Manhattan Condo Conversion.

Linda loved to travel visiting, Europe, Asia, South America and the Caribbean several times.

In addition, Linda did extensive volunteer work including the Rape Victim Advocates and the Field Museum

Linda was the loving mother of: Derek (Sharon) Storm and Joel Storm; beloved grandmother of:  Jeffrey, Alec, Nicholas, Cole, Mackenzie, Ryan, & Christiana; fond sister of: Steve, Joel (Vee), Paula Kimery, and Rebecca (Angelo) Coduto.
