Loretta L. Rutkoski

     Memorial visitation for Loretta L. Rutkoski (nee Asbach), 80, of Palatine since 1956, will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine.  Father Raymond Yadron will officiate the service.  A private family inurnment will be held later, at Randhill Park Cemetery, Arlington Heights.

Loretta was born on April 3, 1934 in Chicago, the daughter of the late Walter and Mildred (nee Musoff) Asbach and she passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at the Rosewood Care Center in Inverness.

She was with the Coast Guard Auxilliary for over 30 years. After retiring she enjoyed the company of her family, traveling and being involved with St. Thomas of Villanova Catholic Church.  Most of her life she was an avid boater.

Loretta was the beloved wife of her first husband the late Robert M. Herff, and her second husband the late Millard Rutkoski who just passed away March 24, 2014; loving mother of Thomas (June) Herff and Kenneth (Tiffany) Herff; cherished grandmother of Kelly Herff and Conrad Herff; dear sister of Walter (Mary) Asbach and the late James Asbach; and many nieces and nephews.
