Loyd J. Galske

A Memorial Service for Loyd John Galske, 80, of Mundelein, will be held at a later date.

Loyd was born on January 8, 1941 in Winter, WI and passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 in Libertyville, IL.

He was preceded by his parents Laura and John Galske.

Loyd was a faithful man, enjoyed gardening, helping with the local food pantry, and studying his genealogy.

Loyd is the loving husband of Judith M. (nee Braham); father of Cynthia (Larry) Christensen; Lloyd “Bud” Galske; Brian (Ann) Galske; and Wendy (Michael) Babjak; brother of late Rose (late Ivan) Goforth; Alice (late Kenneth) LaCrosse; and Harold (Joanne) Galske; grandfather of Brigitte Kwiatek; Laura (Kyle) Rathbun; Anthony Galske; Kimberly (Zachary) Billingsley; Ashley (Jeff) Koellner;  Bradley Babjak; Alexander Babjak; Nathan Babjak; great grandfather of Briella; Kyla; Blake; Remi; Gianna.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be appreciated to the American Diabetes Association.
