Mai G. Haddad

Visitation for Mai G. Haddad, 90, of Luther Village in Arlington Heights, will be held Tuesday, May 29, 2018, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at St. John the Baptist Melkite Catholic Church, 200 E. North Avenue, Northlake, IL.  The Visitation will continue Wednesday, May 30, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass, 10:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Melkite Catholic Church, Northlake. An Interment will follow in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.

Mai passed on to our Heavenly Father on May 25, 2018 at Northwest Community Hospital.  She was asleep and resting comfortably with a Catholic Mass playing in the background as the Lord called her home.  Mai was born in Jordan, immigrated to the United States, came from a large family of 5 brothers and 2 sisters. She spent her life with a fantastic sense of humor that brightened many people’s lives who told everyone how much she loved them.   

Mai was a devoted wife to the late George M. Haddad; was a loving mother to their 3 sons,  Nidal (Christine Kuinius), Husam (Meghan O’Connell), and Ehab (Lisa Haddad); proud grandmother to Daniel, Nicholas, Christopher, Sarah, Matthew, Mark, Margaret and Jacob.  Kind aunt to many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to St. John the Baptist Melkite Catholic Church, 200 E. North Ave, Northlake, IL, 60164.
