Marilyn Ann Cocanig

Visitation for Marilyn Ann Cocanig, 73, of Lake Zurich, will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 from 3:00PM until 8:000PM at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.  Funeral Services will begin with prayers on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at 9:30AM, proceeding to St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 33 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich for the Funeral Mass at 10:00AM.  The Interment will be private.

Marilyn was born on May 13, 1942 in Chicago, IL the daughter of the late Stanley and Eleanore nee: Swierkowski Skrzenta and passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2015.

Marilyn was the loving mother of Monique (Brooke) Terry, Michael (Jennifer), Matthew (Tori) and Mitchell Cocanig; cherished grandmother of Rachel Lily and Erica Terry, Jesse, Jakob, Mia, Abigail, Christian, Melayna, Amelia and Zoe Cocanig; dear sister of Carol Kolody.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Marilyn, would be appreciated for Orphans of the Storm Animal Shelter, 2200 Riverwoods Road, Riverwoods, IL 60015.
