Marja J. Riccio

A visitation for Marja J. Riccio, will be held Friday, July 7, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Presbyterian Church of Barrington, 6 Brinker Road, Barrington, IL.  The Visitation will continue on Saturday, July 8 from 10:00 AM until the time of the Memorial Service at 11:00 AM.  For those attending, please wear any shade of blue, as blue was Marja’s favorite color.

She was born on April 22, 1957 and passed away on July 3, 2017.

Marja dearly beloved life partner of Kevin Rafferty; loving mother of Meredith & Meghan Riccio; dear sister of Tamie Vojtesak, Janice Perry, & Barb Buckingham-Hayes; aunt and friend to many. 

Marja had a generous heart, a deep love for children, and a want to help those less fortunate than she.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Presbyterian Church of Barrington.  Please include “Marja Riccio Memorial” on your check, as all donations will be given to Blessings in a Backpack to help provide after-school snacks for underprivileged children. For those attending the services, donations in kind of healthy, packaged snacks are welcome.
