Visitation for Mark Samuel Forman will be held Sunday, June 21, 2015 from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.  The Funeral Service will begin Monday, 10:30 a.m. also at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home.  The Reverend Michael Charnota will officiate.  An  Interment will follow in Windridge Memorial Park Cemetery, Cary, IL.

Mark passed away suddenly Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 49 years old.  Mark was born June 22, 1965 in Highland Park, IL.  He grew up in Lake Zurich, IL and graduated from Lake Zurich High School in 1984.  He then attended Lincoln College in Normal, IL and transferred to graduate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

After leaving MIT, Mark took a position with Hubble Space Corporation.  Later on he became self-employed and pursued a career servicing the needs of the body shop industry.  Mark was an inventor and visionary holding several US and international patents.  His greatest accomplishment was the development of the “Hydrogiene” an electric hydrogen motor.

Mark was always fun loving and full of passion with a great heart.  He loved everyone around him, especially his family and friends.  He was an exuberant, multifaceted, and extremely energetic individual with endless amounts of zest for life.

Mark is survived by his wife, Julie Maxwell-Forman; his three children, Nicole Adams, Jason Forman, Brian Forman; grandchildren, Samantha Adams and Elizabeth Fetters; father, Edward Forman II;  brother, Edward Forman IL.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Donna Davison, and brothers, Brian and Scott Forman.
