Marlene R. Mcleod

Funeral Services for Marlene R. McLeod, 78, of Lake Zurich, will be private.

Marlene was born on March 12, 1943 to the late Harold and Lucille Day.  She passed away on Friday, May 14, 2021 at her home.

Marlene was a die hard Cubs Fan.  She enjoyed reading books and going to movies with her sister Lois, and attending her children and grandchildren’s sporting events.

She was the beloved mother of Scott (Kathy Bradley), Traci (Chuck Huzsek) Willney, and Steven (Jessica); loving grandmother of Brayden McLeod and Cameron Weseman; and fond aunt of Tom, Debbie, Kim, Chris, Zach, and Greg.  She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Cheryl Day.

Marlene was preceded in death by her sister, Lois and her brother, Arthur “Butch”.
