Martha L. Henderson

Visitation for Martha Lois (nee Todd) Henderson, 92, Palatine since 1969, will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine. The Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Arlington Heights.

Martha was born November 8, 1931, near Dearborn, MO, the daughter of William and Martha (Boydston) Todd. She passed away Saturday, July 27, 2024, in Arlington Heights, IL.

Martha graduated from Gower High School and Guards Business College. She married her husband, Bob Henderson, April 10, 1954, and then they lived in St. Joseph, MO until 1969 when they moved to Palatine, IL.

Survivors include her daughters, Joan K. (Joe) Froelich and Lynn D. (Mike) Vander Weit; grandchildren, Cole Munson, Joey Froelich Jr., and Jessica Froelich; her sister-in-law, Barbara Ann Todd; and many nieces and nephews.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, her parents and her brother, Donald Todd.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to the Christian Church of Arlington Heights, 333 W. Thomas St, Arlington Heights, IL 60004, The Alzheimer’s Association, The HAP Foundation Hospice and Palliative Care.
