Martin E. Czink

Visitation for Martin E. Czink, 55, of Inverness will be on Thursday, February 18, 2016 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy, Palatine.  Prayers will be on Friday, February 19, 2016, 9:30 AM also at the funeral home and proceed to St. Theresa Catholic Parish, 455 N. Benton, Palatine for the Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM.  The Interment will be at St. Michael Cemetery, Wheaton.  

Marty was born October 5, 1960 in Evanston to the late Mathias and Rita Czink.  He passed away at home Monday, February 15, 2016.

Marty recently retired from Pepper Construction after working there for more than 25 years.  He was an avid race car enthusiast who loved animals and traveling to California.  He was a caring and compassionate man who would light up a room with his sense of humor and smile.  Marty will be deeply missed.  

Marty is survived by his beloved wife, Debra Czink; his loving sisters, Katharin (Robert Martorano) Czink, Andrea  (Andrew)  Moscinski; dear step son,  Channing Harwood; and fond nieces, Melissa, Madalyn, Megan, and Mae.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Little Sisters of the Poor – Saint Joseph’s Home, 80 W. Northwest Hwy., Palatine, IL 60067
