Mary A. Lezon

     Visitation for Mary A. Lezon (nee Polinski), 92, of Buffalo Grove, will be from 9:30am until time of prayers at 10:30 am on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy, Palatine, then proceeding to St. Mary Catholic Church, 10 N. Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove for Mass at 11:00am.  The interment will be in All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.

Mary was born December 13, 1920 in Chicago and died Sunday, September 1, 2013 in Buffalo Grove.

She married Louis L. Lezon on November 3, 1945.  The beloved wife of the late Louis L. Lezon; mother of Lawrence L. (Carol) Lezon, Mary Louise (Earl) Nichols, Donna (Mark) Cavalieri, Peter Lezon, Anne Marie (Dennis) D’Onofrio; grandmother of 18 and great grandmother of 12.

Mary was also preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Anna (nee Kocuj) Polinski; sister of Wanda (Late Henry) Iwatiw, Casmir Polinski, Theodore “Buck” Polinski, Edmond (Annie) Polinski, Joseph (Jackie) Polinski, and Evelyn Polinski.

Memorials can be made to the Alzheimer’s Assoc. or Journeycare Hospice.
