There will be two Celebrations of Life held in honor of Matthew C. Suberati.

For friends and family in the Illinois area, the Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 1:00pm-4:00pm at Emmett’s Brewing Company, 110 North Brockway Street, Palatine, IL 60067.

For friends and family in the Michigan area, a private Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2018.

On Thursday, October 25, 2018, Matthew Suberati passed away at the age of 45.

Matthew was born on November 23, 1972 in Asheville, NC. He attended the University of Miami where he earned his bachelor degree. He continued his education by attending National College of Chiropractic and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. Matthew owned a Chiropractic practice in Rolling Meadows, IL, where he specialized in Advanced BioStructural Correction™. He was passionate about caring for his patients, many of whom became good friends.

Matthew had an adventurous heart. From travel to scuba diving to zip-lining he was always excited to explore and create new experiences. Matthew was an avid traveler and enjoyed vacationing several times a year with friends and family.

He had a love for music and he played bass guitar in several bands starting in his early teens. He took great pleasure in performing live and writing and recording music.

He was extremely charismatic, with a larger than life personality and he touched the lives of so many.

Matthew is survived by his mother Denise Carmichael; his father John (Sally) Suberati; his sister Jaime (Billy) McCauley; his nephew Colton; his niece Teagen; his grandmother Violet Suberati and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
