Matthew R. Frase

A Memorial Visitation for Matthew R. Frase, 25, of Chicago, formerly of Lake Zurich, will be held Sunday, February 25, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.  The Memorial Service will begin Monday, February 26, 2018, 11:00 a.m. at the North Shore Unitarian Church, 2100 Half Day Road, Deerfield.  The Interment will be private.

Matthew was born July 17, 1992 in Highland Park, and he passed away unexpectedly February 20, 2018 in Chicago.

Dear son of John and Dawn (nee Horvath) Frase; loving brother of Heather Frase; fond grandson of  Betty (late Rudolph) Horvath and the late Robert and Pearl Frase; also surviving many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be appreciated to the North Shore Unitarian Church Trust Fund, 2100 Half Day Road, Deerfield, IL, 60015.
