Mavis J. Storry

Visitation for Mavis J. (nee Hedman) Storry, 92, a longtime resident of Palatine, will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service, 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 13, 2017 at Christ Lutheran Church, 41 S. Rohlwing Road, Palatine.  The Interment will be in Strandburg, SD.

Mavis was born to Bert and Ella (nee Steen) Hedman on December 25, 1924 in Franklin, MN and passed peacefully on November 8, 2017 in Arlington Heights.

Mavis was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jerry and sister, Lenore. She is survived by her sister, Arline (Tom) Prendergast; children, Alan, Linda, Julie (Chuck) Stegen; grandchildren, Lisa, Janelle (Dan) Schultz, Bryce, Blair (Michael) Scrudato; and great-grandchildren, Lexi, Keegan, Jack and  Austin.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Christ Lutheran Church or PADS at 41 S. Rohlwing Road, Palatine, are appreciated.
