Meghan E. Korbecki

A Visitation will be held for Meghan Eiden Korbecki, 40, of Crystal Lake formerly of Libertyville, on Friday, January 29, 2016 from 3:00PM until 8:00PM at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.  The Funeral Mass for Meghan will be held at 10:30AM on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 33 S Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.  The Interment will be private.

Meghan passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 23, 2016 surrounded by her family.  She was born on September 7, 1975 in Lake Forest, IL the daughter of Thomas and Sara Eiden.

Meghan was the beloved wife of Bill Korbecki; loving mother of treasured 3 year old twins, Zachary and Mackenzie Korbecki; loving daughter of Tom and Sara Eiden; dear sister of Erin Vandervelde, Thomas Eiden, Jr. and Keri (Derek) Port; fond aunt of Amy and Erik Vandervelde and Evey and Payton Port; cherished daughter in law of Patricia (late James) Korbecki; also surviving are so many other loving family and very dear friends.  Meghan will be deeply missed by all.
