Michael T. Loveisky

Visitation for Michael Loveisky, 71, of Barrington, will be held from 9:30 AM until the time of the Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM on Friday, October 18, 2024, at Holy Family Catholic Parish 2515 W. Palatine Road, Inverness, IL.

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Michael Loveisky, on October 7, 2024, surrounded by his children and wife. Born on May 14, 1953, in Chicago, he was the youngest of five in a vibrant, loving family. His love for his parents and admiration of his siblings was something he instilled in his own children. Known for his boundless love for his kids, Notre Dame, and his infectious passion for music, Michael turned every moment into a melody. Despite life’s rough patches, Michael’s love for his children and grandchildren never wavered. His big heart and larger-than-life spirit made him a friend to all. Michael’s children and all those who loved him and were loved by him, will carry forward his legacy of love, music, and friendship.

Michael was the loving husband of Denise Loveisky for 46 years; dear father of Danielle (the late Matthew) Regan, Brittany, Angelica, Michael, Matthew, and the late Gabriela; cherished grandfather of Addison, Brooklynn, Paige, Matthew, and Teddy; and fond brother the late Charles (Jeanine) Loveisky, Shirley (the late Erwin) Schmit, the late Maryann (the late Walter) Schewtschenko, the late Cathy (Jack) Miller.
