Michael R. Bond

Visitation for Michael Robert Bond will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2017 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.  A Prayer Service officiated by Father Ryan will begin at 7:00pm.

Michael was born on July 10, 1987 in Chicago, Illinois and passed away unexpectedly, at his home at the age of 29, on Saturday, April 22, 2017.

Mike was the dear son of Scott and Linda (Bailey) Bond and loving brother of Jamie Bond. He is also survived by his grandmother Joan Christensen; Aunt Kathy (Bill) Rohde; Aunt Terry (John) Lawniczak; Uncle Dave (Lori) Bond; many cousins; and dear nephew Charlie Chalus.

Mike was both a very thoughtful and loving person.  He would give you the shirt off his back and cared deeply about everyone he met.  He loved his family and friends and greatly missed our Miniature Schnauzer Cody who recently passed.  He enjoyed his time fishing, especially family vacations in St. Germain, WI; video gaming and sports.  We were glad that he was able to experience his favorite team, the Chicago Cubs win the World Series.
