Nancy K. Vesely

The Visitation for Nancy K. Vesely, 77, of South Barrington, will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service, 4:30 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine.  The Interment will be private.

Nancy was born on September 2, 1937 in Chicago, IL the daughter of the late Maurice and Florence (nee Franzel) Moulthrop and passed away on Saturday, January 31, 2015.

Nancy is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, Kenneth D. Vesely; loving mother of Debbie (Tim) Platek, Laura (Mike) McEllen, and Kenneth (Kristin) Vesely Jr.; cherished grandmother of Matthew (Emilie) Platek, Jennifer (Paul) Lawson, Kristin (Ben) Hockema,

Michael P. Jr. and Amy McEllen, Kenneth D. III, Kyle and Keegan Vesely; great grandmother of Henry Benjamin Hockema; dear sister of Susan (Hugh) Bothwell; also survived by 2 nieces, 2 nephews and many other loving family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Nancy would be appreciated for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
