Nicholas C. Mayer

Memorial Visitation for Nicholas Charles Mayer, 33, of Hawthorn Woods, will be held Saturday, November 30, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich. Interment will be private.

Nicholas was born March 2, 1991, in Chicago and he passed away November 23, 2024, in Hawthorn Woods.

Nicholas was the beloved son of Glen and Tammy (nee Rickert) Mayer; fond brother of Brittany (Dan) Figiel, Mike and Kyle Mayer; brother-in-law of Dan Figiel and uncle of Danny and Jack Figiel. He is also the dear nephew of Judy and Rick Huffnus, Terri and Jeff Schultz, Darlene Irelan, Deborah Sirilla, David and Lydia Mayer.

Preceeded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Evelyn Mayer, and Fred and Joan Rickert; aunt, Gail Rinaldi and uncle, Scott Mayer.

He enjoyed nature so any Trees planted in his honor will be appreciated.
