Nicolas R. Estrada

The visitation for Nicolas Ryan Estrada, 14, of Lake Zurich formerly of Prospect Heights, will be held on Friday, September 12, 2014 from 6:00PM until the time of the Memorial Service, 7:30PM at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.  The Interment will be private.

Nicolas was born on March 23, 2000 the son of Lisa Sutton and Johnny Estrada in Park Ridge and passed away on Saturday, September 6, 2014.

Nicolas is survived by his father Johnny (Sandra) Estrada, his loving mother Lisa Sutton his paternal grandmother Natividad (late Margaro) Estrada; half brothers Gabriel and Joel and half sister Kristian Estrada; step sister Stephanie Gonzalez; maternal grandmother Terrie “Mamoo” Severson; TiTi Carmen Colbert and aunt Dee (Ernest) Rompf; uncle Christopher Graff; step aunts Kerry Severson-Mancha and Kelly (Art) Cardenas. Nicolas is also survived by so many other loving family and dear friends and was preceded in death by his maternal grandfathers Jerome “Grandpa J.” Severson and Alan “Grandpa A.” Graff.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Nicolas’s memory, would be appreciated for the family to be directed towards organizations that assist with the prevention of teenage suicide.
