Visitation for Nikki DeLeon (nee Weiss), 43, Wauconda, formerly of Lake Zurich, will be held on Tuesday. September 5, 2017 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.

She was born on June 22, 1974 and passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2017.

Nikki was the beloved wife of Fred; mother of Jack and Frank, daughter of Ronald and Elaine Weiss; sister of Ronald (Kathy) Weiss Jr., Amy (Joe) Wirth and Melissa (Tim) Fish; aunt of many nieces and nephews.
