Nicole M. Bartz

A Celebration of Life for Nicole M. Bartz, 79, of Palatine for over 50 years, will be from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine.

Nicole was born on August 18, 1944. She passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2024.

Nicole, an amazing, welcoming person who put others before herself was a caring mother and grandmother. Professionally, she worked for United Airlines for over 25 years.

In 1963 she and Dick, moved to the Palatine area where they raised their two children.

Nicole was the beloved wife of the late Herman “Dick” K. Bartz of 45 years whom she was devoted to; loving mother of Amy Bartz and Parrish Bartz; dear grandmother of Bailey, Cody, Peyton and Tori; and fond sister of Mark (Nancy) Knutson.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Royanne Moss.
