Patrick was born in Chicago, IL on August 7, 1934 to Patrick and Marie McGuan. He passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2018.

Patrick graduated from Quigley Prep in Chicago and attended Loyola University where he obtained his Law degree. Patrick was a labor relations attorney for Beatrice Foods until his retirement.

Patrick is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Marilyn McGuan; children, Shawn (Sheila), Kevin (Ana Maria), Bryan (Mary), Dan (Amy), Marilyn (Ed) Kalnins, and Erin (Tom) Shaw; and 13 grandchildren.
