Pauline E. Burzynski

Funeral service for Pauline E. Burzynski (nee Rachowicz), 96, of Arlington Heights, formerly of Spring Grove for 30 years, will be held Friday, May 3, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine, IL 60067.  Deacon Tom Dunne will officiate.

Visitation for Pauline will be held Thursday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, Palatine.

Pauline was born January 28, 1917 in Benton, Ill., and she passed away April 28, 2013 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, Ill.

Survivors include her children, Michele (Larry) Hamblin, Ronald (Kathryn Deegan) Burzynski and Judith Berry; and her brothers, Joseph (late Lucille) Rachowicz, Stanley Rachowicz and Edward (Mae) Rachowicz.

Pauline was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Burzynski, brothers, Walter and Frank Rachowicz; sisters, Julia Wnek and Victoria LaPalma; and her parents, John and Mary (nee Wegrzyn) Rachowicz.
