Quentin L. Maré

Memorial Visitation for Quentin Lloyd Maré, will be held Saturday, May 4, 2019 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy, Palatine. The Interment will be private.

Quentin, died suddenly, in the early hours of April 21, 2019 in New York City. He was 49 years old.

He is survived by his love, Sarah Laux, daughter Ella; loving parents Petrus and Roberta Maré; sisters Nicole (Leon) Maré Kochakis, Traci (Jeff) Maré Pryhuber and Penny Bunton; niece Jamie Pryhuber and nephew Jackson Pryhuber.

Born February 19, 1970 in Toronto, Ontario, he spent most of his early years in the Chicago area where he attended Hoffman Estates High School (Class of 1988), and Columbia College before moving to New York City to train at Julliard (Class of 1999). Quentin lived his life pursuing his passion. A talented actor and musician, an adoring father and a lover of animals, he will be deeply missed by his family, peers, and theater community.
