Raymond A. Projahn

A Memorial Visitation for Raymond A. Projahn, 91, of Arlington Heights, formerly of Prospect Heights, will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine.  A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, March 3, 2017, 1:00pm at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 200 N. Plum Grove Road, Palatine.

Ray passed away peacefully on February 6, 2017 surrounded by his loving family.  He was a WWII Army veteran who earned three Bronze Stars and a Purple Heart.  Although he was an avid golfer, the thing he enjoyed most in life was spending time with family and friends.

Ray was the loving father of Scott (Carole) Projahn and Cheryl (Randy) Weller; grandfather of Bethany, Matthew, and Christopher Projahn, and A.J. and Lauren Weller; brother of the late Ralph; uncle of Judy and the late Karen.
