Raymond Peter Prill

Visitation for Raymond Peter Prill, 89, of Vernon Hills formerly of Chicago, will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2014 from 4:00p.m. until 8:00p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.  Visitation will also be held on Friday, November 7, 2014 from 9:00a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass, 10:00a.m. at St. Mary of Vernon Catholic Church, 236 US Hwy. 45, Indian Creek, IL.  An Entombment will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.

Raymond was born on November 10, 1924 in Chicago, IL the son of the late Roman and Violet (nee Kilar) Prill and passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2014.

Beloved husband of the late Martha (nee Verstraete) Prill; loving father of Patricia (Jerry) Blaesing and Raymond G. (Laura) Prill; cherished grandfather of Caitlin (Wesley) Veugeler and Ryan Blaesing; great grandfather of Liam and Lilli Veugeler; dear brother of Matthew (late Beverly) Prill; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends; preceded in death by his brothers Roman and Leonard Prill and sister Dolores Kurzhals

Raymond was a WWII Army Veteran.
