Rebecca (Becca) loved life. She was vibrant and full of love and happiness. She had her best day ever August 13 of this year when she married the love of her life – Todd Pressler. Her positive attitude was maintained in all aspects of her life. Becca had a talent of making people feel completely at ease. Her smile and humor lit up the room when she entered. She dedicated her life to helping other people. She worked as a nurse for Northwestern Hospital in Chicago. Many of her years were spent in the Liver Transplant unit where she became part of a family. She was well into getting her Nurse Practitioner degree at St Xavier College in Oak Lawn. She enjoyed exercise, recently completing the Chicago Marathon, long walks with Todd and their dog Pablo and spending time with family and friends. Becca’s life was cut too short due to a massive stroke. She will be missed by many friends and family.
Becca is survived by her loving husband Todd E. Pressler; Beloved Daughter of Roxanne (Jeffrey) Ernst and Paul (Cheryl) Cravens; Loving Sister to Jessica Ernst, Paul Cravens, and Josh (Lalynn) Cravens and Pablo, her beloved Aussie.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Bill & Irene Cravens; Maternal Great Grandmother, Nedra Waun.
