Richard J. Tessitore

Visitation for Richard J. Tessitore, 70, of Palatine since 1966, will be held Sunday, November 8, 2015 from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine.  Funeral Services will begin Monday, November 9, 2015, 10:00 a.m. also at the Funeral Home.  Father Eugene Nowak will officiate.  The Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.

Richard was born May 3, 1945 in Chicago and he passed away November 4, 2015 in Barrington.

He is a longtime member of the Drum and Bugle Corps community for over 50 years.

He was the beloved husband of the late Janice (nee Lazarz) Tessitore and the late Iris Tessitore; loving father of Lisa (Mark Pratt) Tessitore, Frank Tessitore and Dean (Chris) Tessitore; loving grandfather of  Dylan Tessitore, Ashley Marigliano and Jason Marigliano; dear son of the late Frank and Josephine (nee Pappa) Tessitore; fond brother of Sam (Mary Ellen) Tessitore and Arlene (Glenn) Dulski; and fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.
