Robert F. Drehobl

Visitation for Robert Francis Drehobl, 89, of Lake Zurich since 1986, will be held Sunday, January 7, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service, 4:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.  The Interment will be private.

Robert was born September 11, 1928 in Chicago and passed away January 3, 2018 at Lexington Healthcare of Lake Zurich.  He is a proud U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and retired owner of Robert’s Tile Service.

Beloved husband for sixty-six years of Joyce I. Drehobl (nee Hoppesch); loving father of Karen (Richard) Schuler and Irene (Anthony) Carroo; loving grandfather of Mark Schuler, Carrie Schuler (Eric Poleretzky), Brianna (Joseph) Mazurkewitz; loving great-grandfather of Hanna Schuler; dear son of the late Frank and Gertrude (nee Nauman) Drehobl; fond brother of the late Genevieve (Henry) Garcia, the late Donald (the late Sharlene) Drehobl, and Rosemary (the late Donald) Poe; fond brother-in-law of the late Bruce (Dorothy) Hoppesch.
