Robert H. Miller

Visitation for Robert H. Miller, 88, of Des Plaines, will be held from 9:00 am until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00 am on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, 342 E. Wood Street, Palatine. The Interment will be held privately at Memorial Park Cemetery, Skokie.

He was a graduate of Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin and went on to obtain his law degree from Northwestern University.  His passions were world traveling, playing guitar, singing and golfing. He served four years in the United States Army in Panama.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Jo-Ann (nee Bonk) Miller; Daughter Linda (James) Humphrey and daughter in law Amy Miller; Grandchildren Jack, Austin and Isabel; sister in laws Patricia Kullowitch, Belle (Chuck) Lehman; brother in law Jerry (Rose) Bonk and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Robert is preceded in death by his son Kenneth Miller; brother Richard Miller; brother in law Robert Bonk and sister in law Susan Mindak.
