Robert T. Stafford

Visitation for Robert Thomas Stafford, 67, of Lake Zurich, will be from 9:30a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass, 10:30a.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at St. Francis de Sales Church, 33 S. Buesching Rd, Lake Zurich.  The Interment will be on a later date at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.

Bob was born on January 29, 1949 in Chicago, IL to Thomas and Ann Stafford.  He passed away on Monday, July 18, 2016 at home.

He was a United States Army Vietnam Veteran.  Bob received the following medals while serving his country: National Defense Service, Vietnam, Army Commendation, Bronze Star, Republic of Vietnam Campaign.  In addition he received, badges for Combat Infantryman and Sharpshooter.

Bob was the loving husband of Joan for 28 years.  In addition he is survived by his beloved son, Blaise; brother, Rev. Dennis Stafford; and his cat, Minx.
