Roy L. Fredrickson

Visitation for Roy L. Fredrickson, 93, will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 4:00PM until 8:00PM at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.  The Funeral Service will be at 11:00AM Friday, May 13, 2016 also at the funeral home.

Roy was born on August 28, 1922 in Chicago, IL the son of the late Robert and Hulda (nee Johnson) Fredrickson and passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2016.

Roy was a WWII Army Veteran having served in Germany and was proud to have participated in the Honor Flight to Washington, DC to visit the WWII Memorial.

Beloved husband of 69 years of Alice A. (nee Gregersen) Fredrickson; loving father of Roy W. (Julianne) Fredrickson, Karen (Joseph) Fleischmann and Nancy (the late Steve) Goetz; cherished grandfather of Joshua (Courtney) and Ryan Fredrickson, Lisa and Hans Fleischmann, Amy (Ryan) Broich, Mark (Kerry) Fleischmann, Heather (Kevin) Brady and Michelle (Aidan) Oliver; great grandfather of Erin, Charlie, Hailey, Kaitlyn, Nora, Evan and Leah.
