Ryland Andrew Kollar, 23, of Mundelein formerly of LakeZurich.

Visitation for Ryland Andrew Kollar will be held on Friday, May 24, 2013 from 3:00pm to 9:00pm with an Order of the Arrow, Broken Arrow Ceremony, 7:00pm at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, LakeZurich.  Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 10:00am also at the funeral home.

Ryland was born on September 24, 1989 in Park Ridge, the son of Robert A. Kollar and Laura L. Santucci and passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, following an 11 year courageous battle with Leukemia.

Ryland enjoyed outdoor activities including camping, fishing, and hiking, also a member of Boy Scout Troop #964 of LakeZurich and Lakota Lodge Order of the Arrow.

Loving son of Laura (Fiancée John Schober) Santucci and Robert A. (Adriana) Kollar; dear brother of Alec Kollar, and Steven Salle; beloved grandson of Toni Henkel and Andrew (Late Wilma) Kollar; fond step brother of Erin, Johnny and Ryan Schober and Angelica Maria Beck.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated in Ryland’s name for the Leukemia Research Foundation, GOS Chapter, 3520 Lake Avenue, Suite 202, Wilmette, IL  60091.
