Visitation for Scott W. Mathews, 56, of Hanover Park, will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017 from 2:00 pm until the time of the Memorial Service, 4:30 pm at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich. The Interment will be private.

Scott was born on February 5, 1961 in Chicago, IL and passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2017 in Barrington, IL.

He will be missed by family and friends.
