Sherrian E. Wezalis

Memorial Visitation for Sherrian Elaine Wezalis (nee Ramzel), 62, of Inverness, will be held at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine, Friday, February 7, 2014, from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 7:00 p.m.  Pastor Dan Grissom will officiate.  The Interment will be private.

Sherrian was born June 10, 1951 in Socorro, NM, and she passed away after a long battle with cancer, peacefully, Friday, January 31, 2014 at JourneyCare hospice in Barrington, surrounded by her family.

Sherrian worked for over 25 years at the Osco Drug in Hoffman Estates. She enjoyed working in the garden and antiquing.  She was a very kind and special person.  Most of all, her family was everything to her.

Sherrian was the beloved wife of Allen M. Wezalis; loving mother of Michelle (Alex) Bratton, Charles Culp and Melissa Wezalis; loving grandmother of Ethan Bratton; dear daughter of Wanda (late Claude) Ramzel (nee Poteet); and fond sister of Kelly Ramzel.
