Stephen Albert Schoenrock, Sr.

A Memorial Visitation for Mr. Stephen Albert Schoenrock, Sr., a resident of Lake Zurich since 1987, will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016 from 1:00PM until the time of the Memorial Service, 2:00PM at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S.  Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.  The Interment will be private.

Stephen was born on August 21, 1939 in Evanston, IL the son of the late Gustav Albert and Helen Schoenrock and passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at his home after a battle with cancer.

Beloved husband of the late Barbara P. (nee Peterson) Schoenrock; loving father of Stephen A. (Andrea) Schoenrock, Jr.; cherished grandfather of Bradley and Sarah Schoenrock; dear brother of the late Judy Rouse; brother in law of Roger Rouse, Linda Schaeffer and Debbie (Dan) Bogrand; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank to Linda Schaeffer, Marilyn and Doug Meyers, Dick and Carol Ploog, Nancy Seabury, Ed Leideker and Molly, John Ergastolo and JourneyCare Hospice and Home Instead for all their help during this difficult time for the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Stephen, would be appreciated for the American Cancer Society, 100 Tri State International, Lincolnshire, IL 60069.
