Steven J. Hrbek

Memorial Services for Steven J. Hrbek, 63, of Lake Zurich, will be held after the pandemic.

He was born on March 17, 1957 in Chicago, IL and passed away on Friday, October 23, 2020 in Chicago, IL.

Steven enjoyed getting together with family, friends and spoiling his nieces, nephews and other children in our lives.

He was an avid sports fan and also enjoyed photography, cooking, trips to Door County, scenic vacations, playing “The Quiet Game,” going on food adventures with friends, getting together with friends to watch football and recently watching football with family and friends via text.

Steven is the loving husband of Sylvia (nee Horvath); son of Ervin and the late Bernice; brother of Robert (Patti); son in law of Magdalena and the late Georg Horvath; brother in law of Helene (Peter) Wenson and Ed (Cassie) Horvath; uncle of Hannah (Anthony), Katherine, Erika, Chris, Andy and Rachel; great uncle of Amelia and Nolan.
