Theodore R. Van Dellen Jr.

Memorial Visitation for Ted Van Dellen, formerly of Fredericktown and Columbus, Ohio, age 80, will be held Saturday, February 24, 2018, from 1:00p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service, 3:00p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.  An Inurnment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Skokie, IL.

Ted passed away after a long illness on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 in Lake Zurich, Illinois.  He was born in Chicago, May 23, 1937, to Hettie and Dr. Theodore Van Dellen, Sr.  He is preceded in death by his wife, Janet Hoover, his son, Mark Van Dellen and his daughter, Jamie Di Carlo.  He will be greatly missed by his son, Rob (Shelley) Van Dellen; his son-in-law, Tom Di Carlo; his grandchildren, Danielle Reed, Andrew Di Carlo, Christina (Aaron) Carter and Garrett Van Dellen; his great-grandchildren, Benitta Garcia and Kristopher Reed, and by his sisters, Jane Van Dellen and Julie Renfrow.
