Please join the family of Thomas Paul Hansen in celebrating the beautiful life he had by attending a memorial celebration on Sunday, March 12, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. with prayers and remembrances to begin at 12:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich, Illinois.

Thomas Paul Hansen of Wheeling, Illinois was born in Chicago on July 29, 1955, and passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 19, 2023, surrounded by family.

Thomas is survived by Elizabeth (nee Olson), his devoted wife of 44 years; cherished daughters, Theresa and Michelle (Joseph); treasured granddaughters, Mackenzie and Zoey, loving uncle to many nephews and nieces; he was the dear son of the late Charles “Chuck” and Darlene “Dolly”; fond brother of Michael (Marcia), John (Lori) and the late James and the late Kathryn.

Please honor Thomas by telling funny stories and reminiscing about the good old days. The family requests that you refrain from wearing black as this is a celebration of life.
