William F. Thron

Visitation for William Fredrick Thron, 82, of Palatine since 1964, will be held Friday, January 9, 2015, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine.  A private family Interment will be held at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Arlington Heights.

William was born May 2, 1932 in St. Paul, Minnesota, and he passed away January 7, 2015 at home in Palatine.

He was the beloved husband of Margot K. (nee Boeckler) Thron, loving father of Nevan Thron, Jeffrey Thron, Brian (Liz) Thron and the late David Thron; loving grandfather of Derrick Thron, Elliott (Brie) Thron, Emily Thron, Jeffrey Thron Jr., Hayley Thron, Jenna Thron and Isaiah Morrison; dear son of the late William Sr. and Hedwig (nee Hesse) Thron; fond brother of Ruth (late Fred) Lamers, Raymond (Diana) Thron and the late Harold (Late Pearl) Thron; and father-in-law of Janet Thron.
