Winifred B. Safranek

Visitation for Winifred B. Safranek, 92, of Lake Zurich for 66 years, formerly of Chicago, will be held from 9:00 am until the time of the Funeral Service, 12:30 pm on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich. The Interment will be Private.

She was born on July 5, 1926 in Chicago and passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2018 in Barrington.

Winifred worked at Scully-Jones (tool company) where she met Frank and after they were married assisted Frank in his photography business doing oil coloring.

Winifred was the beloved wife of the late Frank J.; loving mother of Kenneth and David (Janne); grandmother of Adam (Betsy), Alex, Kelsey; great grandmother of Claire; dear daughter of the late Bessie and Stanley Brezina sister of the late Daniel, Arthur, Glen and Orville.
